Acceptance of Terms : By using our food delivery service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Service Provider - [TopRight Technologies] ("we," "us," "our") operates the food delivery platform [Yowww] and provides food delivery services as described herein.

User: An individual who uses our platform to place an order for food delivery.
Delivery Partner: A third-party or contractor engaged by us to deliver food from restaurants to users.
Restaurant Partner: A restaurant or food establishment listed on our platform that provides food for delivery.

Account Creation: Users must create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Security: Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account information.

Placing Orders: Users can place orders through our platform by selecting the items from their favourite restaurant menu and providing delivery location details. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance from the restaurant which will be intimated over the app and via the audio call or text sms based on the situation of the order processing.
Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will be able to view the order status over the Yowww app and the same delivery until confirmed by the restaurant and delivery partner.
Modifications and Cancellations: Orders once placed cannot be modified or cancelled if order placed time is more than 2 mins of placement. Contact customer support for assistance. Refunds for cancelled orders are subject to our refund policy.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Payment details must be accurate and current.
Payment Security: All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. We are committed to protecting your payment information but are not liable for any unauthorised transactions made through your account.
Charges: Users are responsible for paying the total amount specified, including taxes, delivery charges, and any additional fees. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on factors such as location, traffic, natural calamities[Rain, thunder storm & Flood] and restaurant preparation time. We would intimate the customers in case the delay is due to unforeseen circumstances, necessary compensation or action will be taken upon successful investigation.
Delivery Issues: If there are issues with the delivery, including delays or incorrect orders, contact customer support within the same business day of delivery. We will investigate and address the issue as appropriate.
Delivery Address: Ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information when placing orders and updating account details to ensure a seamless delivery experience
Prohibited Conduct: Users must not use the platform for illegal activities, to harass others, or to damage our reputation. Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.

Ownership: All content on our platform, including logos, trademarks, and materials, is owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property is prohibited, the same will be subjected to serious legal action.

Service Availability: We strive to provide uninterrupted service but the firm are not liable for any disruptions or errors in the platform due to unforeseen circumstances.
No Liability for Losses We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or reliance on any information provided.

Data Collection: We collect personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we use, store, and protect your data.
Consent: By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Jurisdiction: These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indian Country.
